Cloudflare serves and protects this website. Requests contain technical data such as IP address, browser and requested resource. We use operational logs for service security and reliability, under our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Workers logs are retained for up to seven days depending on the Cloudflare plan; we do not use them for advertising profiles.
Optional measurement
With analytics permission, Google Analytics and PostHog EU measure visits and actions. A booking click indicates interest, not a confirmed booking. Separate experience permission enables heatmaps and text/input-masked recordings on marketing pages, excluding the demo and legal pages. Advertising measurement requires its own permission. Advertising personalization and experiments are activated only after their specific validation. We do not request patient information, identify people by name or email, or transmit demo answers.
Providers and retention
PostHog uses its European project; Google and Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA. Sealambda has approved the provider agreement and transfer-safeguard review. GA4 event/user data is retained for 14 months without activity-based extension; PostHog events for seven years, heatmaps for 90 days and recordings for 30 days. Advertising audience membership lasts 30 days. Withdrawal stops new capture; it does not automatically delete previously received data. You can request deletion.
Demonstration and bookings
Demo answers stay on the page: they are not transmitted, saved or passed to the calendar. Opening Google Calendar uses its functionality and privacy policy. We use booking information to handle your enquiry and arrange the call. We follow Google Calendar’s retention and deletion controls; we have not configured automatic age-based deletion. Request deletion from Sealambda GmbH at hello@sealambda.com. Do not include patient or clinical information.
Optional video
YouTube loads only after you authorise it in the cookie panel. Google then receives technical connection data and may use storage under its policy. Withdraw permission through “Cookie settings” on the “Cookies and storage” page to remove the player; this does not erase data or cookies Google has already received or created.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Sealambda GmbH, established in Switzerland, handles requests at hello@sealambda.com.
